Deborah is a University of California, Berkeley graduate. She worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. in the Tax Division for a couple of years. Later she completed some graduate work in Psychology and got into real estate in 1993 starting in real estate financing. Over time, Deborah became an active investor herself. On her own, she has acquired real estate in San Francisco, Squaw Valley, Los Angeles, Tennessee, Florida and also internationally in London and Costa Rica. Deborah is passionate about real estate and wealth building and giving back to the community and humanity. Deborah was born into a family of real estate investors and entrepreneurs. Her parents and her aunt & uncle have been investing in apartments and other commercial buildings in San Francisco since the 1970s. Deborah also has family in Sydney, Australia where they are active in real
estate.
Naturally she got involved with advising her clients in building their Real Estate Portfolios and consulting them on cutting-edge Wealth Strategies. Deborah is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a Life licensed Agent.
Giving back to the local community is very important to Deborah. In 2000-01, she ran a campaign to raise money for the oldest non-profit in San Francisco history, The Little Jim Club of CPMC, see http://www.littlejimclub.org/past.html She was awarded with recognition and crowned "Queen" for raising the most money that year. She served on this non-profit organization's Board in 2003. From 2001-2004, Deborah served on the Board of the San Francisco Tennis Club. In 2005 she served on the Board of WIRE (women in commercial real estate). Deborah is extremely moved by Jeffrey Sach's book, "The End of Poverty." She is currently active in raising money and food for “Nourish The Children” (NTC). One child dies of malnutrition every six seconds. NTC feeds 80,000 to 100,000 children a day with nutrient dense packages of food called "VitaMeals." Through an alliance with Feed the Children, a registered 501c3 charity, millions of meals have been distributed directly to where they are most needed in more than 60 countries worldwide. |
